Senior Building & Facilities Manager for the M1 Penrith Portfolio, I manage multiple buildings in the Thornton Complex and am complimented with a great Building Management assistant. Some of my main duties include; preventative maintenance, defect management, capital works, financial overseer, key liaison for all parties, utilities overview, asset management and much more.
